opponents time doesn't run out...!!!

A strange thing happened my opponents time doesn't run out while mine does. Is someone using cheat-codes here ? Even after my opponent reaching 0.00 the time is just struck, while my opponent repeatedly offers draw while he/she is loosing the game.
