Resolved: paid for diamond | someone from support PLEASE

hello support :-)

2 days ago I manually sent my diamond yearly fee via paypal (because of the well known payment issue http://www.chess.com/forum/view/general/cannot-pay-with-paypal ) and requested the upgrade of my account via ticket. So far i didn't recieve any message or anything from you.

PLEASE :-) can somebody take care of this?
