Paid for membership with crypto - no response

I know that response times are slower because of the quarantine, but I'm feeling like I made a mistake paying for a membership seeing that people are waiting 10+ days for a response. I paid using cryptocurrency and the page says to email support for them to activate.

Does anyone know of another way to reach out besides through the support channels here?

You probably won't need to wait 10 days, but if you haven't been contacted by the beginning of next week I  can try and contact one of the billing support members. 

 

As you mentioned, they are working through a lot more tickets than normal and my understanding is they have added another person to help specifically with billing/membership issues.
