Paralympic Flag Bug

I posted this same issue in Help & Support club before, no answer. So I'll post it again here.

While watching an user's game with the Paralympic flag, when you hover your mouse on it, it will show this:

You see, Paralympic flag. But it says Palestine.

What is this?

Either the paralympic flag is a reskin of the Palestinian flag (they're so small and simple, I couldn't imagine that's the case) or they simply mislabeled it.

It only happens while watching a live game from what I experinced. I'm playing with this flag for some games you can see if it works for you too.
