I'm not receiving my Awards. My Passport Awards and Opening Awards aren't being counted and are stuck at 8 instead of being over 25. Is anyone else having this problem?

I'd recommend that you open a Support ticket.
Achievement system is very much buggy nowadays

Just wanted to add, the same thing is happening to me. I did file a support request via their AI agent Chessica so we'll see what happens. It seems to occur when I send a challenge for an unrated match. When I play folks via the "Play" interface it seems to work fine (rated or unrated), but when I send someone a challenge link the flag does not appear to be recorded.
