Password reset problem

To anyone who can assist.... I am using chess.com on an android smartphone, through the web browser. However until last week I was using the app. I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it but now need to log in again and I have forgotten my password. I followed the on screen instructions and a link for resetting my password was sent to my email but when I click this link it tells me that the link is incorrect. I have tried this several times now without success. If anyone can help cheers, or even link me the help and support email so I can enquire directly that would be great (i cant find it).
