Short before i wrote the post here, i send them the payment and wrote them a billing support ticket too.
Well, the hours are passing by without any email from them like "we have your Money".
But yes the Kids -> Credit Card Story seems strange. Still whonder why you have to take the long way to get money to chess.com
Sorry because of double post but how long do they take to answer a Ticket?
When i send it there was an information about "in the next 24 hours" and my one is nearly to the 48 hours mark.
Shall i wait or send another one ?
Give them more time. I've worked in customer support, billing department as well, so I've got a little experience from the other side of the fence. Due to holidays, sickness, technical problems or whatsoever the work que might add up so you don't have a chance to process all Tickets within the promised time period. That's not nice for the customer but if everyone starts to get nervous and sends in double tickets it only leads to a bigger que and therefore an even slower work flow.
Trust that it is faily unlikely your ticket got lost and the guys are working at their work ques as fast as possible.

Hello everyone. Anyone who is having problems purchasing a premium membership through Paypal you can simply send your payment to "order@chess.com" Paypal address including a note with your username and what you are purchasing. Once your payment has been received your membership will be added to your account. Enjoy! :)
Here's what I wrote in the former post: You don't need a credit card for a verified PayPal account, but you can associate it with your normal bank account. For validation they sent you a small amount of money to your bank account together with a validation code.
At least that's how it's done here in Germany.
Regarding your other point: "I'm not going to another website to use a credit card lol."
Yes, that's exactly what I did in England with my credit card. I'm more comfortable with leaving credit card details stored at a trustworthy company instead of putting them into every little store's forms all over the web, if you know what I mean.
