percentile? glicko rating norm?

So I'm no GM but if my glicko rating is in the low 30's does that mean my rating is accurate. If not what is the considered a good glicko rating to evaluate how accurate your rating is? Also the lower percentile the better the player right? Thanks I love chess and I love this site. You guys offer a great product and work hard to keep it that way. I appreciate all your work! Thanks again.

The lower the percentile the worse the player. I don't know a lot about glicko. I play a lot and mine is around 15

Higher percentile, the better. Low RD means your rating is really stable and it won't change as much afte games.
