Percentile not updating

The stats of players who are lower than me do not update. I have seen different statistics for other players with similar rankings. Since around 1200 Elo it no longer updates my profile.

I have the same problem with my rapid rating.

Yep. Been broken for my rapid ranking for 1.5 months now. Myself and many other users have contacted chesscom support directly about this, and they keep saying they’re aware — but almost 2 months later and still no fix.

Normally I’m the first to be sympathetic towards devs because I know there is a lot of issues in running a massive website like this, but having a core feature of showing your ranking broken for almost 2 months just doesn’t make sense to me. This is supposed to be the #1 chess site for ranked competitive play
