If he got banned he was banned for a reason. The chess.com team is very kind and helpful and they don't just randomly ban people, they work hard to keep chess free from people who deserve to get banned. Just because a few people want him back doesn't mean he should be back. So, unless his account was hijacked and messed with or he just made an honest mistake (which is definitely a possibility), I'm glad he's gone.
