PGN download of games

How long does it take to recieve the PGN download of games, I selected my turn based two days ago about 370 or so, got the message a email will be sent so, but still not recieved the email

You can just press download PGN when viewing the finished game. It is on the right side of the chess board.

ok thanks that work instantly for one game, but still not got my entire archived games download by email

Can't you go to the game archive, select all, then download the PGN's?

Check perhaps your junk mail folder. It might be there. Or just do it again. It has never taken long to receive it.

Sorted it out, they were sending to my chess.com email address, default now changed to my outlook, now my only issue i have is that it's annoying I can't select all in one go, have to select a page at a time.
