PGN downloading not working

Are you able to go into the Game Archive list and select several games to download at once and then receive an email with the pgn containing those games? This is what is not working for us.

Still not working for me as well.

I am also having problems getting pgn downloads. For several days now. I used to get pgns just fine. Have checked my junk mail, have tried a second email account, etc. I also did not get my alert email from chess,com that was in my msg area. I am posting just so the webmaster knows there are more people with issues.

TBH, I have not attempted the multiple download feature here so I am not quite sure how to work around the problem.

The closest I can come up with for something comparable is when I submit a game for analysis. Sometimes it is only 30 minutes to generate and sometimes it has been 3-4 days. Guessing it is either a volume thing or perhaps an update is in the works to the feature.

OK I attempted to download the pgn files for all my live chess games recorded at around 1:00 PM PST. I will check the date/time stamp on the email and report back the amount of time it took to generate the PGN download.

When you're doing this, which page are you going to to get the pgn's from and how many are you selecting to download?

Yesterday I selected 3 games from the first page.

No pgn e-mail yet (1 day later).

edit: for info  I tried to select all live blitz games in this attempt.

I just downloaded 6 that arrived in a few minutes, then 12 and they've arrived.

Have you tried today?

@Kohai  ok tried 10 blitz games , no success. Then I have tried 3 blitz games without success, sorry still not working for me.

OK, it appears to get so far then gets stuck for live games. Just waiting on one of the team to log in to take a look now and get it fixed. (different timezones )

Shouldn't be too long now we know its the live ones.
