Pieces don't move

I tried playing a game, and I couldn't highlight the pieces, let alone move them. Had to abort the game, and then the next one. Each time I got the message telling me if you abort games too often your account will be restricted, however it wasn't my fault. The dam pieces couldn't be moved. Then another problem is, there is no way to contact these guys at chess.com to inform them of the problem. You guys at chess.com need to sort your site our man, if are going to be out here threatening to punish people, at least have everything running smoothly on your side.
