I gather you are aborting (refusing games ) STAFF ( chess.com people ) moniter-look for actions that are not allowed and respond to them . if you abort too many games or are very strongly seen to be cheating / you will suffer the penalties , if you allow a friend to play chess on your computer under your name ( strictly not allowed ) and they are cheating - you will end up having your account cancelled . As you are still playing ? It must be for refusing ( aborting ) too many games . If you can not play then your membership has been cancelled . If still playing you need a friend with good english to translate the policies ( rules ) that can be found .

As abbas is having problems, I've asked a Persian live chess moderator to contact him.
I feel for him. But at the same time imagine how the Tower of Babel might have sounded like.!
hi!! i hava a poor internet connection cause i get disconnected some times... and now I have to wait 5 minutes to play a game between games. It is not fair
I have noticed that sometimes I make a move which is so powerful it knocks my opponents connection out.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Also ; I do not play Live chess anymore , because of continual aborting by higher ranked players . i suggest you try tournament games / you then decide who you want to play . Unfortunately the world is full of idiots who attack people because of their nationality . ALLAH .
