Nothing in my post is public shaming the guy. I said I played against him, if mods don't like that I called him a cheater they can change the title of this post to something that is deemed appropriate.

Both of you are not realizing by publicly commenting, and telling me to remove username or _______ (threat), Your doing exactly what your against.

this is peak hypocrisy, both of you could have taken your own advice, and private messaged me, however instead you publicly comment, shaming me for "shaming him"

Idk what kind of logical hoops you want me to jump through, but me removing his username, isn't going to remove his username from the game I linked.

If I follow through with your logic, I should remove both the username and the game link itself.

In that case what was the whole point of posting this in the first place?

If I can't share a public information that anyone can find then idk who can.

If you don't understand the difference between shaming and commenting facts, I will link a link to the dictionary so you can read up on it.

https://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/shame

" a painful emotion caused by consciousness of guilt, shortcoming, or impropriety"

well based on the definition, if you are saying that I am shaming him, then you are by definition admitting he is guilty, because a person to be shameful, they have to be guilty of something to be able to regret.

interesting, how you assumed he was guilty, and that he would feel shame. When all I did was state facts.

Don't shame publicly just report the account

cogentmedia

that wasn't the intent, the intent was to get the account banned before he could ruin more games, he already played  9 more games. all wins apart from 1 draw and 1 loss. and now he is offline.

He is playing in a public settings, it's the same thing as Eric Hansen, calling out a cheater live on stream, By him choosing to participate in a public activity, he gives up his right to privacy.

I could make what ever content I want,

are you going to argue that because I am livestreaming, and he cheats on my stream, I can't call that out?

I don't think you want me to follow through with your logic and the real world implications that would have on our society if that is how we dealt with bad behavior.

Sure a better way would of been asking it in a question, but I am 95% certain he is cheating.

sure the forum is public, but my post isn't accusing him of cheating, it was a statement, I said it with a period with zero doubt.

If you read the content of the thread, I don't accuse him once of anything, stating facts,

1) I was destroying him

2) he was blundering

3) we were equal on time

4) after move 22 he started playing insanely well

5) newly created account

6) 20 wins, 1 loss 1 draw

these are facts, I am not accusing him of cheating. sure it would of been better to say you guys should reported this guy I think he is cheating.

and nothing I said shamed him in anyway,

I didn't call him names, didn't say he is XYZ, didn't tell a call to action, for example spam him.

idk where you getting I am publically accusing him of anything.

What the post was meant for is a discussion and you can tell me I am dead wrong and that guy played fairly because of XYZ reason.

yet you are here arguing an irrelevant point, it's not going to change that this post was made.
