Resolved: Playing against a Greeter

I have finally mustered the courage to play my first game on Chess.com, but when I clicked on "Play Against Greeter", all I got was a message that read: "You have been a member for more than 2 weeks. No greeter game started."  Is there a time limit for starting one's first game?  Or am I just not doing it right?

Thanks everyone!  Yes, so many volunteers!  I'm not sure I can handle more than one game at the moment, but perhaps I can play with each of you later on?
