I checked your most recent wins, and you had played Unrated Daily games. Make sure to play Rated games if you want to adjust your rating.

If you are just placing random challenges, use the Custom Game option and make sure the Rated toggle is on. Once you do that, it should keep the setting unless you change it again.

yeah I realized that after I won two daily games and my record is still 0-5-1.
