From what I know, your opponents connection to Chess com is completely separate from your own. There is no way for them to put malware to you.

the last three games I have played, one the opponents put a malware into my account. now my chess.com app is continuously giving error messages or time out no connection. just look at the last three games I have played. The problem began three games games ago, according to game history. cannot contact support, because of timeout error
