I was banned for sandbagging, but I don't know when, and the email just says,

"Unfortunately, your Chess.com account has been closed because we have determined it to be in violation of our Fair Play Policy for "Sandbagging/Rating Manipulation". https://support.chess.com/article/208-what-is-a-sandbagger

We are always sad when we close any account. We want everyone to be able to enjoy chess. However, we must protect the integrity of the game and cannot allow players to deliberately lose games or manipulate their ratings. We hope you understand that we work hard to keep Chess.com a safe, fair, and positive community for chess players around the world.

We would like to offer you the chance to get back on Chess.com. With that in mind, please complete the following form to resolve the violation:

Once our team has reviewed your form submission, you will be notified via email and your Chess.com account will be reinstated. (Note: certain rare situations may instead require the creation of a new account.)

Thank you,

Can anyone try to find where exactly I was sandbagging? The account is @EnCrossiantIsBrilliant

Also, if anyone knows what happens to the membership if my appeal is not good enough, I would very much appreciate it if you could tell me, because if I don't get my money or account back, I basically wasted 60$ to be wrongly banned (it was during the black friday deal).

Lastly, I would also like to know how long it takes for the appeal to be reviewed and responded to.

It should just take a few days. Looking through your archive it probably was related to your long string of 2-3 move games; those appear up have been unrated though, so the that likely shouldn't have resulted in a closure

i got banned for sandbagging but its becuase i suck at the game and lost 12 times in a row

i was also kinda crashing out and purposely throwing games because i was angry but i only lost like 27 elo so how does that even count as sandbagging

Think about your opponents. They don't know anything about you or your problems. They came to play. But you just wasted their time.

That's wrong.
