I have purchased a subscription before and likely will do so again at some point, but if I keep seeing these offensive pictures I will find another chess app to play on and will never recommend again (I have gotten several users on this site).

The ads you see reflect the places you visit.

Tiktok is an iPhone app. Let me guess you use an Apple product?

There is no way that chess.com is controlling that iPhone ad flow.

This is obviously very old, and I currently I have a subscription so I don't know what kind of ads are being displayed now. However, I would suggest that I don't care what sites anyone has visited on this computer, my sentiment remains the same. If chess.com allows allows the type of ads I was seeing back then to be displayed to anyone, then I would still find it offensive. It's my opinion that the ads I saw were not based on sites visited on my computer, but even if I'm wrong it doesn't change my position.

This just about sums up people today.

Sad.

Just out of my memory, I think there was a deal that you'll get a free diamond membership if you spotted an inappropriate advert and reported it. I can't remember where I read it, but I think Chess.com is keen on removing offensive ads.

The site uses a third party ad provider and just approves categories, not individual ads. Even then, sometimes advertisers can end up getting inappropriate ads into the ad provider. Reporting the ads help get them removed.

Very delayed response, I know, but you've misunderstood. If I visit sites related to games, that does not make it okay to advertise overly sexualized content to me just because it's in a game. Hope you can understand that.
