If you can wait 5 - 10 more seconds, there is a rule like that in place. If either opponent doesn't make the first move in 15-20 seconds, the game is aborted by the server. :)
Please remove the Abort penalty

Sorry... this is a retarded feature. I'm not gonna sit there for 2 minutes waiting for the other person to make the first move and then get penalized for aborting and going on to a new game. If you join a game and don't move within the first 10 seconds, you should automatically forfeit the game.
