Points not added after a victory

Since some days, I didn’t get points after a victory. Is there any reasons for that?

If you look at the above, it will tell you how to play an unrated game. That will show you the switch you have to toggle to go between rated and unrated games.
Evidently, you switched it at some point in the past.
You have to switch it back.

I win a match today against a player from brazil I had 702 but when winning the score remains the same I didn't get my points why?
