Policy notice?

I keep getting this message whenever I try to start a live game:
"Your account may be restricted if you do not follow our Fair Play Policy. If restricted, you will only be able to play with friends. Please do not intentionally abort/disconnect from games or make your opponents wait unnecessarily. Thank you for keeping Chess.com a fun place to enjoy chess!"
Then every game I join is aborted (like the past 10 or so). What is going on?

Lots of people was complaining that they don't enjoy the games as they should, mostly becouse some players abort the games, and also becouse some players let the time run out whitout moving... and that kind of stuff. So the web administrators come with  the fair play policy stuff to force people to be nice.

This has also happened to me and i have never aborted a game, although i have had people continually abort games on me. Now i have to wait 5mins between game. Don't know how to stop this happening. Can anyone help us.
