Pop-up screen ruins bullet games

I returned to chess.com a few weeks ago, and there's been this new glitch: during bullet games a black pop-up screen appears repeatedly -- usually only during the last 10 seconds of a game where I'm rapidly premoving with my Android's touch-screen. It flashes fast enough I can't read what it says, but sometimes there are "draw/resign" and maybe "game settings."
Because of this I've lost tens of games on time in a winning position, even when I was up on time before the popups appeared. I'm not sure if it's an Android issue, a chess.com issue, or my opponent is somehow spamming something like "draw." I've not been able to replicate this on 30-mintute rapid games by pressing randomly on the screen, it does seem to only be a bullet or premove issue.

Is it possible you're accidentally offering a draw?
