Practice with computer is currently not working for me

Hi,

Practice with computer is currently not working for me and I was wondering what was going on?

I cannot move any pieces.

Is anyone else having any issues with this?

I'm not seeing any issues. You might try clearing your browser cache

I've tried with a separate browser but get the same issue.

Are you trying this after a Game Review or from a game Analysis tab?

What exactly is happening for you?

I can practice against the standard max bot. But as soon as I press the button "change bot" the whole menu window (to the right of the board) goes blank.

That's a known issue.

I open the analysis tab and the "practice agains
t bot" button turns grey and wont work.

I also had this issue some times. I think it always happened when I got a review where the coach talks to me via audio-samples. (I have a platinum account and recently I seem to get one review per day with the diamond-coach version).

I have the same problem. This is the best feature for me in Chess.com. I hope this is fixed soon.

You can enable it by toggling on the Analysis. I have asked if that's a bug or by design.

Analysis allow you to practice but you are playing against the 3200 ELO bot. The lower level bot list is empty. This has been an issue for me since Wednesday.

That's a known bug and staff are looking into it
