Pre-move problems

I'm wondering if anyone else is having problems making premoves in games. It may just be my browser(firefox) but sometimes(only sometimes) during a rapid game, it won't let me premove. I think it's a bug because once i try and see that premoves are failing, it won't allow me to make premoves for the rest of the game like somehow it turned off mid game. If anyone knows how to solve this problem, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also off topic but sort of in the same category, sometimes i feel like I cancel a pre-move by right clicking and with a clear amount of time before another player makes a move, but the premove still goes through even after being canceled and I just get stuck with that move.

Yes, I am having the same problems using Chrome.  There is another thread about this where they said it was fixed.  I am with you, if there were some fix on my end I'd be happy to do it.

Almost a year later, still horrible premove problems for me. I don't enjoy going onto the site to play bullet anymore. Sad.

^Pretty sure it's your internet, not the server.

I have very fast internet and loads others are complaining of the same problem since the upgrade. I'll try a different browser perhaps.

Yeah, I meant the browser too - lots of factors could be there. My premove depends on the internet I have, since I use 2 services.

I use Android app . I have premove problem . When I want to recapture something and I click on my piece and click on another piece to recapture. It won't work . generally , I don't like chess.com 's bullet . I used to play on Lichess , It had flowless premoves and Excellent bullet !

Is there anyone from chess.com to help us ?
