pre-moving on mobile

I played several games of bullet on mobile. Although I am not very good at bullet and probably would have lost many of the games, I noticed that when I was pre-moving it counted it as several seconds on the clock. In many cases this caused me to time out an alarming rate. I don’t know if it is something on my end or just a common glitch, but I would appreciate any advise on what to do.

Premoves take a minimum of 0 1 second but can take longer if you have high lag. If you're on wifi and there's other traffic in your local network, that can impact latency/lag.
Also, if your device is using both wifi and cellular data, the OS can switch traffic between those connections, which can also introduce additional latency.
