Premium Membership

I purchased gold membership last week through the iOS app for unlimited puzzles and still haven’t gotten access to any premium features. I contacted support last week and haven’t gotten a response. I tried to restore purchases but nothing happened. My membership renews November 5th so it’s been 5 days since I should’ve gotten access to gold membership features.
