Premium Membership Query

Hi, I can't find an answer to this question. But, I would like to know that if I subscribe to a premium service (such as Gold or Platinum) on the web chess.com site. Does this mean I will have same level of membership on my iPad/iPhone using the chess.com iOS app?

Ah cool. My only problem now is that my iPad is saying that my Platinum subscription will renew on 10th October and there is no way of cancelling it from iPad. Even checking my iCloud & App Store settings of my Apple ID (subscriptions), there is no subscription there, yet the iOS app thinks that there is a Platinum subscription renewing on 10th October.

Many thanks. I’ve now switched to Gold and both the web and iOS look like they are synchronised now. Thanks for the info anyway. Now I can start to work in my target of 1500 😁

Sorry to confuse things more, but I am now finding that Gold Membership is sort of too restrictive for me. I love playing the daily tactics and use up my 25 tactics within a few minutes. I am now thinking I should really have gone with platinum membership.

 

My problem is that I subscribed through iOS (on my iPad) and I've been charged the annual fee for Gold membership by Apple. How can I upgrade to Platinum while ensuring that I am only paying the difference in price between Gold and Platinum?

I've subscribed 1 month gold membership of chess.com from Google Play money. But my subscription is not working. I've checked that it is subscribed to my account only. There is an option of "try premium" in chess.com mobile app. When I'm clicking there and clicking of gold monthly subscription. It is saying that you're already subscribed but the subscription features like analysing, puzzles etc are not working. On google play subscription history. It is showing confirm subscription from the app but there's no option on the chess.com site. Please help.
