Premium Subscription not working

I bought a platinum subscription earlier today, but when I went to use it, it says I haven't purchased it yet. I tried to go back and repurchase it, but it says it has already been bought. Could someone please give me some advice? Thanks.

If you purchased through one of the app stores, it can take a little while to show. If you don't see it soon, open a ticket with support.

Crypto has some manual steps involved. If you haven't seen it applied in a few days, open a ticket with support.
