Preventing completion of CAPTCHA question

Hello all.  For the first few weeks I have been logging into chess.com, I did not need to compete any CAPTCHA questions.  A few weeks ago, I started needing to complete CAPTCHA about once every 7 days.  Now I have to complete a CAPTCHA every time.

The following instructions are given on the CAPTCHA SCREEN:

What can I do to prevent this in the future?

If you are on a personal connection, like at home, you can run an anti-virus scan on your device to make sure it is not infected with malware.

Another way to prevent getting this page in the future is to use Privacy Pass. You may need to download version 2.0 now from the Chrome Web Store.

Here is what I tried.

1) Running my Webroot anti-virus scan (takes about a minute) while at the CAPTCHA screen, then close browser and then immediately login again.  This seemed to work for 1 login and so I need to do each time I log in.

2) Reload the page when the CAPTCHA screen comes up WITHOUT running anti-virus scan.  This seems to work the 1 time I tried it.  Not sure why!  Can I do this each time? Is this unreliable?

Also, I was considering downloading Chrome Privacy Pass. But after reading the reviews, it seems like this works for only about 50% of people.  Plus, I am concerned that this may mess up my computer.

Does anyone have any suggestions?  Thank you!

If it's the CAPTCHA I think it is, just refresh. There is some weird configuration with the site's CDN that is intermittent.

Thank you!  I'm glad I didn't download Privacy Pass.
