Problem with chess.com Awards on iOS

Hello everyone! Today I have a question connected to the Awards possible to be achieved.
I noticed that when playing on my iPhone, not all of the awards come to me when I have completed them. For example, I tried really ALL the drills and I did not receive a single award (for 1 drill or 10 drills or ALL drills), but then I tried chess.com on iOS and I tried again the drills and I received an award.
Another thing is that I do not have an award for number of bullet games, and I already have maybe 1000… but I saw on other people’s profiles that they have an award for like 25 bullet games.
It is better for me when I play on my iPhone, I really do not want to sit on my computer every day to play, it hurts my eyes more.
So can you tell me how I can receive my awards even on my phone too?
