Problem with game editor

I'm trying to annotate a 960 chess game, and as I click the arrows and go move by move, everything is fine until after 0-0 or 0-0-0. The game editor shows castling just fine, but any move afterward is not displayed. So, for example, I might have castled on move 9, and it will show the position at move 9, but move 29 will be highlighted in the move list and I can't see it.
