problem with ipad 2 and chess.com

Hi, over last several weeks I have a problem when trying to play on my ipad 2. I’m playing online ( not via the app ), and when sighed in to the site it doesn’t load play nor the puzzle page - all I see is a gray screen. Tried to contact support, they said it should work ok. Also, I updated to newest iOS version and tried with another browser, it dosn’t work. It all started after new play version of the site was introduced. Any ideas how to fix it ? Thanks :-)

Try clearing your browser cache

The iPad2 does not support iOS 11.

The Apple app store says iOS 11 is the minimum required iOS version for the chess.com app.

In a meantime i installed the app, and it works OK so far.
