Problem with money refund

After I'm reaching your team support, I am only getting same answer 2 times in a row, and after the same text, he never comes back, to reply again. So I CANT get a refund, because nobody is helping.

Text is: Our billing team received your request!

I'm happy to offer you a one-time discount to continue your chess journey. Is that something you would be interested in?

If not, is there anything we can change in the product that would lead you to consider keeping your subscription?
