problems with loading chessbord

what other addins, etc are you using? have you disabled them all? have you asked your ISP if they are filtering that domain? what happens when you tracert to

i have again re-installed Firefox..i have all addons disabled now..

its the same as when i had abled them..same error message

i get only a blank page


i dont think that my ISP is filtering that domain..i used to play here before..
and had no problems at all


it must have to do something with Javascript ..i think that now because i 
got error messages as i used Opera..there i could see the error console..
( i know i shouldnt use opera here ,but i did for a try.. 
and  it shows me  messages  about errors...
i mean where and what...although i dont understand anything of all that)

Ok, the issue is actually my ISP. they would have  to turn off javascript compression. the problem is that they compress the data from chess.com web site before sending it to me, and that compression messes the data up.i tried other web sites who uses javascript as well..its same thing... so they should  shut off javascript compression and the site should work normally.

so just in case someone else has same problem and cant fix it with all the suggestions from stuff..maybe this is the answer..

i still like  chess.com  , although  i can only play  online games , i enjoy it

and hopefully i can get a new internet provider soon...

I am so happy to read this thread... It shows how humble this site is 4 years ago... and it is still now...

I can't imagine the Eric ( owner of chess.com ) providing technical help while working hard in putting up such an incredible site.

i finally could change my internet provider, before i had only a choice weather i use the one who compresses my javascript or i cant go online at all .. chess.com works now for me..so all problems are solved. thank you eric for your support..also it is been so long that i typed here ..i just wanted to let you know that you was right :-)
