Puzzle progress issue - cannot proceed

When i click next the button ghosts out and cannot progess to next puzzle. Restarting bring me to same puzzle each time. Help.

Of course, this is not related to daily limit.

Yes. When i click next (which is active) it then greys out and hangs.

There's a known bug and developers are working on it.

ohhh finally someone helping me for this, its a real shame that's an obvious bug/issue is still not resolved !! yes android here and i tried so many times to go upon 1st issue.... i hope this bug will be resolved soon. i tried to take the free trial but it doesnt resolve anything. ty for posting here !

Ok sooo i am taking a single hint on a 4 or 5 step puzzle and then solving it and instead of a +5 it gives me a -16 like.... İ solved it and used only one hint sooo what am I supposed to Do now ?

fyi, i was stuck on this stoopid bug who made impossible to go to next puzzle on my android device and i found the solutions : 1) go directly on the site chess.com 2) login to your account 3 ) go to puzzle and solve the 1st one and that gives u access to the others one (i did it via firefox for more info^^) 4) go back to your app/mobile Android and its working now :) ! bons échecs à tous:)
