puzzle rating

I just lost 500 puzzle rating out of the blue. was there some sort of new rating adjustment or is this a bug.
Nevermind saw the update.
What update? I was a 2000 and now I’m a 1,500.

I was 2900+ . Morning I woke up checked the stats and got shocked to see 1000 ratings reduced for no reason.

Fair enough, but it should have communicated better before it happened.
Already the puzzle ratings system has so many flaws. Like they 8 seconds, 9 seconds to solve a puzzle. We are humans. To see the board and find which piece stands where on the board itself, it takes 5, 10 seconds for normals like me. Then how can we solve a puzzle in 8, 9 seconds. Then solving a puzzle gives us only 5 points in old system. And failing to solve results in minus 20 points in old system, which I consider as unfair. I don't know anything new puzzle ratings system.

My understanding is that time to solve doesn't have much or maybe any impact now
i lost over 1000 :/ No sense for me paying longer for the chess.com. I feel robbed. I'm a diamond subscriber. I don't pay anymore after end of actual :/
