Puzzle Rush Score Bug

I recently beat my puzzle rush score record (49 when it was previously 41) but it only shows that I got 33 today - but when I click on the puzzles I solved, there was a huge increase in rating all of a sudden (a jump from 1700 to 2500 rated puzzles, and then I got 2/4 puzzles after that) and the puzzles I solved in between are missing. What is the cause of this bug and is it possible to recover my record?
