I did a full scan, offline scan. Antivirus picked up malware in a cached edge file. I don't have a link to the ad or website but i'm curious if the ads are screened at all and if there is a way to report them in the future. Or if anyone has faced any similar issue.

The site doesn't approve specific ads but uses a third party as provider.
If you run across bad ads, they can be reported.
