In a 2 rd tnmt the overall winner is the player with the best overall score from both rounds right? So even if someone else wins the second rd if their overall score is not the best they don't win the tnmt (or do they)? Here is what I'm referring to

Here the player with 27 points is ahead of the player with 27.5 points due to winning the final round.
