"Computer thinking" Bug!

This always happens to me too, and the funny thing is that it always seems to happen when I'm a few moves away from winning.
I think the computer has a mind of it's own, and just doesn't want to loose. 
A bug, I would bet. . .
Surely there is a loop in the program, at certain conditions of play, and the loop does not close or have an end.
It is a cybernetic problem, not a "chessy" problem.
I'm fairly new to Chess.com but have noticed this bug is still going strong. Some days it is worse than others. I don't know if this has something to do with Java (which I just updated) or what, but the bugs can extend beyond "Computer Thinking". PGN of recent game is:

I'm not a great chess player but I'm going to take a stab here and suggest that the computer does not know that it has me beat.
Any ideas on what the issue is?

Thanks - I have emailed the console output.
As I mentioned in my previous post, 'computer thinking' is only one of the problems I regularly encounter. Some times I cannot even start a game. The computer does not respond and all my pieces can be moved around in random places. I've heard others mention this issue. See screenshot below.

I had the same problem for the past 3 days and counting
Hi!
While playing against the computer, the game always kinda freezes at some point, and the message "Computer thinking.." appears under the board. I have waited for 20 minutes once to let it "think" but no luck.
Could someone please take a look at it, and fix it?
By the way, I am using Google Chrome as a web browser, if that could be the problem.
