"free" chess analysis

Gotta say, your accounting for premium features is pretty irritating.  Due to a severe financial crunch, I'm having to suspend my premium membership for a while.  It ended today.  A few minutes ago I resigned a game and submitted the game for computer analysis.  After all, even as a basic member, I can get one game per week analyzed, right?

Wrong.  It said I can't get a game analyzed right now because I've already exceeded my allotment.  It's counting a game I had analyzed 2 days ago as my "free" game for the week, even though that game was analyzed during part of a month for which I was a paid platinum member.  You took my money for that final week of my paid month, but the benefit I received was charged against my first free week that followed my paid coverage.  Petty. Crappy. Cheap.

Wow, quick response-- yes, I'm happy.    I apologize for my unflattering characterizations, I realize the initial analysis cut-off was automated.  Now I won't have to wait a week to get the ugly quantified analysis of _lcf_ 's rout of me in our Vienna Gambit game.
