Random rating drop in puzzles

Hello, I have recently been working hard to improve my puzzles rating. I was able to reach 4400 puzzle rating after spending 68 hours in the past 30 days. The other day my puzzle rating dropped to 400, almost like chess.com has reset my puzzle rating. I would like this to be fixed but I don’t know how to contact any form of support through chess.com. Has anyone ever experienced this before?

That would indicate staff reset your rating.
You can contact Support directly using the option in the menu
