Rapid leaderboard bug?

Im over 1400, but the global rank doesnt seem to be updating whenever i win or lose, and my friend rank is apparently #0 for some reason
Most of the ppl I play against dont seem to have this issue tho
I thought it couldve been because I was muted, but I could still chat with my opponents when i play, so idk if thats the issue either
I recently noticed that my Rapid leaderboard hasnt been updated in a while now, I've tried contacting support but they said its a common issue, and I'm not sure if I'm the only one with this issue or not :/
