Rating adjustment

I recently played two games in the EL2014 tournament.  They say they were rated.  I won both on time, one after 3 moves aside, one after I played 3 on white, my opponent two.  However my rating wasn't adjusted after either game.   Isn't this a bug?  How does one correct this?

A game needs to have seen atleast 4 moves in order to be really rated.

After three moves or 4 moves? And why can't I find any information about this on the site?

4 moves by each player in Daily to be rated.

Sorry Martin but I think it's 7-ply which is 4 moves by one person (white), but only three moves by the other person (black). I believe that when a game reaches 7-ply and the game times out the ratings system applies.

I believe that if the game only reaches 6-ply (i.e. 3 moves by each player), and then it times out the ratings system doesn't kick in.
