Rating didn't change

Hello Everyone,

I won a tournament game but my rating didn't change after my second win, although the first game I won my rating did increase but not the second one.  The name of the tournament is " A Normal Team Match" and my opponent is "gozz". I don't get why I didn't get an increase. I thought that maybe it didn't change because I won on "time". I have won on "time" previously and did get an increase in rating but not this time. Could someone explain why I didn't get an increase. I checked that the tournament was a "rated" and indeed it is. Any assistance will be greatly appreciated. Please send me a message, this is my second time I post a message and I'm unsure if I have to check the forum later or will I receive an message in my "in-box".
