My rating does not change, win or lose, it stays the same. Any advice on a fix?

The article I posted tells the reason. They moved 10 0 from blitz to rapid ratings. They also adjusted bullet ratings by 150 points.
The rating system seems to be broken for me. How do I report the problem?
That article explains they MOVED the 10 minute games to rapid, but that does not explain why the ratings are not being updated after each game. I’m having the same problem.

The rating are updating after each game. However, it is the rapid rating that is changing.
There is a problem if you are playing on the iOS app. It hasn't been updated yet, so it displays as blitz, but it still updates the rapid rating. So it appears like your rating isn't updating because it will still show the blitz rating even though the rapid rating is what is changing.

You have only played one game and your rapid rating changed. See my last post if you're on the iOS app.
I was playing three 800s and i won all of them and my rating is 753 but after I beat them they all became 500 something.

They must have been at their initial default ratings. New accounts or accounts with low numbers of games in a pool have a high rating deviation (RD) value and have large rating changes until they have more games and their RD value decreases.
High RD values on an opponent meant that your rating won't be impacted quite as much since their rating isn't accurate.
