Yes, there is a bug. So far, ten separate new threads but no one has mentioned using the bug reporting tool.

My rating points are not being addded. I have been wining continuously but there has been no increase in rating instead it decreased back to a previous one

You can do it. Read the instructions I posted.
There are defintly something wrong with the rating-system right now. I stopped playing a couple of hours ago because the rating did not work. When I stopped it said 1858 (wish was wrong) but when I started again it said 1841, and the latest game stopped all of a sudden telling me that I lot because of abandonment. It was just a few seconds after my opponent has made his move. It was also wrong.
Hope you can sort out so it gets right again.
