Ratings reset to 400

@Adzo261, staff have updated your rating so you should see the change soon and your next game should reflect the change.

My blitz and bullet ratings are still messed up. My Rapid was not corrected either, but I climbed back.

Looking at your game archives, it doesn't appear you were impacted by the issue mentioned in this topic.

My puzzles rating just reset from 4869 to 400. I'm legitimately panicking what the heck just happened? somebody please tell me, I've been working on this nonstop for the last 2 weeks.

You should contact Support using the option in the menu.

I have no clue why but they won't reset your rating back up to this high. I can tell it's a glitch because I didn't get reported or anything, and didn't cheat in the first place, but I'm not sure exactly what to do except build back up. However, I did get my first >70 puzzle streak, so some good can come from this.

Did the support tool say you would get contacted? If so, you'll need to wait for a reply.

yeah, that's why at this point I've just started really slowly rebuilding my rating, still have about 3600 to go

actually i had the rating 400 last night and suddenly this morning my whole rating dropped to 151 . like HOW??BTW i am new too i joined last week
