My blitz and bullet ratings are still messed up. My Rapid was not corrected either, but I climbed back.

You should contact Support using the option in the menu.

My rating went from 4k to 400 too
I have no clue why but they won't reset your rating back up to this high. I can tell it's a glitch because I didn't get reported or anything, and didn't cheat in the first place, but I'm not sure exactly what to do except build back up. However, I did get my first >70 puzzle streak, so some good can come from this.
